IECA :

IECA is the professional organization for independent educational consultants working in private practice. For 36 years IECA has helped its members serve families in the educational decisions that include colleges, local day and boarding schools; schools or programs for students with learning or therapeutic needs; international placements, summer opportunities, and graduate and professional schools.

HECA :

The Higher Education Consultants Association (HECA) is the premiere professional organization for consultants who focus exclusively on helping high school students realize their full potential, especially the transition from secondary schools to undergraduate and graduate programs.

NACAC :

The National Association for College Admission Counseling (NACAC), founded in 1937, is an organization of more than 13,000 professionals from around the world dedicated to serving students as they make choices about pursuing postsecondary education.

NAFSA :

Association of International Educators is the world’s largest nonprofit association dedicated to international education and exchange. NAFSA’s 10,000 members are located in more than 3,500 institutions worldwide, in over 150 countries. NAFSA advances public policies that promote international education and is committed to supporting a broad public dialogue about the value and importance of international education.

SSATB : 

SSATB is a non-profit membership organization. SSATB provides unparalleled leadership and service in meeting the admission assessment and enrollment needs of schools, students, and families. SSATB uses the admission test to connect to and support the overall independent school admission process. SSATB was built on three principles: to provide a forum for exchange and support among admission professionals, to create a test, and to assist parents and students in their independent school search.

TABS :

The Association of Boarding Schools (TABS) is the public voice for college-preparatory boarding schools and the central resource for boarding school education. We serve roughly 300 boarding schools across the United States, Canada, and abroad. Serving as a bridge between schools and students, we actively support the needs of boarding schools themselves, and provide information and insight to families about the benefits of a boarding school environment. 

ICEF:

ICEF connects educators, education agents, work and travel professionals, and industry service providers to key markets and networks worldwide, supporting the growth and development of international education and global student mobility. Through ICEF’s various services, education institutions are able to achieve results and efficiencies in growing international student enrollments.

WEBA :

WEBA (World Educate Business Association) is the umbrella organization and international voice for Education Business Partnerships working around the world. It is a membership organization with a growing number of Associate and Business Members, (Agents, Educational Providers, Study Abroad Counselors ).

The Alphe Conferences :

The Alphe Conference involves face-to-face meetings of an half an hour each between agents (who recruit and advise students) and educators (who want international students to attend their institution). If you want to meet with educators and/or agents, then Alphe should be a part of your marketing strategy.
